Warehouse Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:

Administrative Duties:

Monitor and maintain office and warehouse supply inventory.

Maintain accurate daily reports (attendance, shipments, timecards, and rates).

Assist with equipment tracking and maintenance scheduling.

Support invoice processing and basic purchasing activities..

Safety & Facility Oversight:

Conduct routine warehouse inspections to identify safety hazards.

Follow up on hazard corrections and maintain safety documentation.

Communicate and reinforce safety policies to staff.

HR Support:

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for warehouse staff.

Track and update performance, attendance, and training records.

Support interviews, meetings, and performance evaluations.

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the bridge between warehouse teams, HR, and management.

Support internal communications, document updates, and policy implementation.

Participate in operations meetings and provide admin updates.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of office administrative experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently

Patient, professional, and proactive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bilingual (English + Spanish or Chinese) preferred.
